Raising awareness of cochlear implants for adults, teenagers and children with messages aimed at both the general public and health professionals.

This has involved working with great sensitivity with deaf adults, deaf children and their families to tell the stories of their suffering and how implants have changed their lives. Activity has included a campaign focusing on how young children were looking forward to their first hearing Christmas with extensive coverage including front page national press.

We have used innovation and the latest technology, including developing a deaf blog (visit site).
