A healthcare charity with a unique website which gives information and support to patients, their families and carers, so they are better informed about their illnesses and life choices.


We worked with the client to raise awareness in the consumer sector as well as promote a patient-centred perspective to researchers, health service commissioners and expert patients on committees and patients’ representatives.

As each new illness module was added to the service, we worked with a number of external organisations and identified key spokespeople, using their voices to reach key audiences.
